Rockwood Strategic PLC has announced a final dividend of 0.6 pence per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on July 31, 2024. Eligible shareholders must be on the register by August 9, with the ex-dividend date set for August 8, and the payout is scheduled for September 2.
