Rockwood Strategic plc announces the issuance of 465,608 new ordinary shares at a price of 248.07 pence each, set to take place on 22 May 2024. This move will increase the company’s total issued share capital to 32,194,886 shares, with the same number of voting rights, as no shares are held in treasury. Shareholders are reminded to use this new total for notifications related to changes in their shareholding as per the FCA’s rules.
