Rockwell Automation Expands Board, Welcomes Timothy Knavish

Rockwell Automation (ROK) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

Rockwell Automation, Inc. expanded its Board of Directors from ten to eleven members, with Timothy M. Knavish joining the Board on February 7, 2024. Knavish will serve on the Audit Committee and Compensation and Talent Management Committee and receive standard compensation for non-employee directors, including equity worth $129,508. His directorship term is set to expire at the 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareowners, and his appointment was made without any disclosed arrangements or involvement in undisclosed transactions with the company.
