Rockpool Acquisitions Plc is set to pursue full reimbursement of £543,000 for costs incurred during a failed acquisition of Amcomri Group Limited, after the latter contested the amount and offered a lower settlement of £370,000. The company has involved legal counsel to address the disputed sum following a breakdown in the acquisition process, where Amcomri shareholders withdrew from the deal, leading to financial contention.
