Rockland Resources Ltd. has appointed Mr. William Rascan as the new President and member of the Board of Directors, with a focus on advancing the company’s Cole Gold Mine and Utah Beryllium projects. Mr. Rascan has over 30 years of experience in the capital markets industry and has achieved significant milestones in his previous roles. Concurrently, the company announced the resignation of Lindsay Bottomer from the Board, though he will continue in an advisory role.
