Rockfire Resources PLC (GB:ROCK) has released an update.
Rockfire Resources PLC has announced a successful fundraising initiative, netting £450,000 through a placement and subscription of 450 million new ordinary shares to further develop its Molaoi zinc/silver/lead project in Greece and support ongoing working capital needs. In addition, the company plans a separate retail offer aimed at raising an additional £250,000, specifically for existing shareholders. The funds will advance the Molaoi project, which has recently seen a significant JORC mineral resource upgrade, establishing it among the world’s top undeveloped zinc resources and containing the critical metal germanium.
