Rockfire Resources PLC successfully raised approximately £0.53 million through a combined Placing, Subscription, and Retail Offer of shares, with significant participation from major shareholders including Rostra Holdings Pte Ltd, TPM Middle East Dubai DMCC, and The Wonderful Group. The newly issued shares are slated for trading on AIM around 24 September 2024, which will bring the company’s total issued share capital to 3,087,620,625 Ordinary Shares with equal voting rights. This financial move aims to enhance Rockfire’s exploration capabilities in base metal, precious metal, and critical minerals.
