RocketBoots Ltd. (AU:ROC) has released an update.
RocketBoots Limited has successfully completed a capital raise, securing $355,500 through the issuance of new shares, which will support international trial operations and working capital needs. In addition, the company is introducing a Share Purchase Plan for existing shareholders, aiming to raise up to $650,000 at a discounted price, to further bolster its financial position and trial funding. The SPP is set to open on 10 April 2024, allowing shareholders to invest up to $30,000 each.
