An update from Rocket Lab USA (RKLB) is now available.
Rocket Lab USA, Inc. expanded its Board from eight to nine members and filled the new vacancy with Kenneth Possenriede, a seasoned financial executive with a 35-year tenure at Lockheed Martin Corporation. Possenriede, who meets the independence criteria of The Nasdaq Stock Market, will serve on the Board’s Audit Committee and his term as a Class III director will last until the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders. His compensation includes both cash and restricted stock units in line with the company’s policy, and he’s secured an indemnification agreement with the company.
