Rock Tech Lithium Inc. has secured a commitment for substantial state and federal funding in Germany, with up to 90 million EUR from Brandenburg and an additional 10 million EUR from the German Railway Authority for its Guben Lithium refinery project. These non-dilutive grants are a significant step towards the project’s financing, which requires a total of 800 million EUR and aims to establish Europe’s first Lithium Converter. The company is also in the process of securing federal guarantees to support its debt financing, further bolstering its financial position.
