Robex Resources Inc. has reached an agreement with the Mali government to settle all outstanding tax and customs disputes for its Nampala Gold Mine prior to the end of 2023, ensuring the company’s stability in Mali. This move comes as Robex prepares to divest from the project and shift focus to the Kiniero Gold Project in Guinea. The agreement also involves a new mining convention under the 2023 Mining Code, allowing the Mali government to double its stake in the mine.
