The comprehensive plan includes appointing new leadership, selling Malian assets, extending a $35 million bridge loan with Taurus, and eyeing a potential ASX listing. Proceeds from the financing are earmarked for the development of the Kiniero Gold Project, targeting first gold pour in Q4 2025.
