Raytheon Technologies (RTX) has shared an announcement.
Robert K. Ortberg has announced his departure from the RTX Corporation Board of Directors, effective July 31, 2024. Ortberg, who played a crucial role on the Board and its Finance and Special Activities Committees, leaves on amicable terms, with no disputes influencing his decision. Following his exit, the Board will downsize from thirteen to twelve members.
