Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA) has shared an update.

Robert H. Herz has announced his departure from the Fannie Mae Board of Directors, effective June 30, 2024, after a notable thirteen-year tenure, including a significant period as the Chair of the Audit Committee. His extended service was made possible by a waiver from the Federal Housing Finance Agency, which typically restricts board membership to a maximum of ten years or until the age of 72.
