Road King Infrastructure Limited has announced the successful redemption of several series of its guaranteed senior notes on August 15, 2024, with a total of US$30,000,000 applied towards the redemption. Specifically, US$18,000,000 of the March 2028 Notes were redeemed at par, leading to the cancellation and reduction of the outstanding principal amount to US$206,944,525. The redemption was conducted in accordance with previous announcements and was executed at 100% of the principal value, plus any accrued interest.
