RMA Global Limited has reported a significant increase in the voting power of substantial holder David Williams, rising from 33.04% to 34.04% due to multiple on-market purchases of ordinary shares by Moggs Creek Pty. Ltd. as trustee for the Moggs Creek Superannuation Fund. These transactions, occurring between November 2023 and June 2024, resulted in an accumulation of additional voting rights through the acquisition of over 5.5 million ordinary shares.
