RLF AgTech Ltd, an Australian plant nutrition firm, has announced leadership changes, including Gavin Ball as Acting Managing Director, as part of its growth strategy. The company has also successfully integrated its new subsidiary LiquaForce, contributing to robust sales growth in South East Asia. To further its expansion, RLF AgTech aims to raise an additional $1.1 million through an SPP Offer while maintaining a healthy cash balance of $4.7 million as of June 30, 2024.
