Riverstone Energy Share Buyback and Investment Update

Riverstone Energy Limited (GB:RSE) has released an update.

Riverstone Energy Limited (REL) reported purchasing 25,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 780.00 per share on the London Stock Exchange, with the intention to cancel these shares, leaving 25,778,153 ordinary shares in issue. REL, a closed-ended investment company focusing on energy sector investments, has informed shareholders of the rebranding of its investment Crescent Point Energy Corp. to Veren Inc., now trading on the TSX and NYSE with the ticker ‘VRN’.
