Riverstone Energy Limited has bought back 40,000 of its own shares at a unified price of 798.00 per share on the London Stock Exchange, intending to cancel all the repurchased shares. This transaction has left the company with 25,629,044 ordinary shares in circulation. Additionally, the company has informed shareholders about the rebranding of its investment in Crescent Point Energy Corp., now known as Veren Inc., with its new ticker symbol ‘VRN’.
