Riverstone Energy Limited (GB:RSE) has released an update.

Riverstone Energy Limited has bought back 11,485 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 800.00 to 802.00 pence per share, with the intention to cancel them, resulting in a reduced total of 25,719,044 shares in issue. The company, which invests across various segments of the energy industry, also highlighted the rebranding of its investment, Crescent Point Energy Corp., to Veren Inc., which now trades with the ticker ‘VRN’.
