This transaction, executed through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange, leaves the company with 25,669,044 ordinary shares remaining in issue. The investment company, focusing on the energy industry, has also informed shareholders about the rebranding of Crescent Point Energy Corp. to Veren Inc., trading under the ticker symbol ‘VRN’.
