Riverstone Energy Announces Share Buyback

Riverstone Energy Limited (GB:RSE) has released an update.

Riverstone Energy Limited has recently bought back 25,000 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of 784.00 per share on the London Stock Exchange, with plans to cancel these shares. The company, which invests across various energy sectors and has shares listed under the symbol RSE, also noted that one of its investments, Crescent Point Energy Corp., has been rebranded as Veren Inc. The share repurchase leaves the company with a total of 25,803,153 shares in issue.
