Riversgold Ltd. has announced a new securities issuance slated for 28th June 2024, comprising up to 80 million options exercisable at $0.01 with a three-year term, an additional 24 million options under the same terms, and 94.4 million fully paid ordinary shares. The securities proposal, aimed at raising capital through a placement or similar issue, is currently pending approval and quotation on the ASX.
