The company is negotiating to resolve the debt under their securities purchase agreement. Concurrently, leadership changes include Milton C. Ault, III transitioning to Executive Chairman, bringing extensive experience from various ventures including a biotech firm, Alzamend Neuro, Inc. Joseph M. Spaziano has been appointed CEO, leveraging his technological expertise and military discipline to guide the company forward. Both have accepted their new roles without immediate compensation and have acquired shares in a subsidiary metaverse platform company, BitNile.com.
