RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, a major Canadian property investment company, has announced its decision to redeem $300 million in Series AI senior unsecured debentures ahead of their 2026 maturity date. The redemption will occur on October 4, 2024, at par value plus accrued interest, for a total payout of over $300 million.
