RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust has announced a $700 million offering of senior unsecured debentures, with plans to use the proceeds for repaying existing debt and general business purposes. The two series of debentures will have differing interest rates and maturity dates, and the offering is led by a syndicate of agents with an expected close date of October 3, 2024.
