Clayton E. Woodrum and Roy Ben-Dor, both members of the Ring Energy, Inc. Board of Directors, have announced their intentions to retire and not seek reelection at the upcoming 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Their departures are amicable, with no disputes or disagreements with the company’s operations, policies, or practices cited as reasons for their decisions. They will continue their directorial duties until the meeting.
