Baghdati, effective July 17, 2024, who is leaving to pursue personal interests. Stepping into the role is Shawn Young, a seasoned oil and gas industry professional with over three decades of experience, most recently serving within the company as Production Engineering Manager. Additionally, the company’s Executive Vice President Stephen D. Brooks is set to retire on July 1, 2024, and will continue to offer his expertise as a consultant for legal and regulatory matters. These changes were disclosed in a press release without suggesting their materiality to the company’s financial standing.
