His comprehensive employment package includes a $425,000 base salary and significant bonus and equity opportunities. Concurrently, Amber Bonney resigned as Chief Accounting Officer, with her separation benefits outlined in an agreement, while Jeffrey M. Gutman steps into the role with a similar compensation structure to Suter. Both Suter and Gutman’s agreements enforce confidentiality and non-solicitation clauses.
