Ricoh Company, Ltd. and Toshiba Tec Corporation have completed the formation of a joint venture company, ETRIA CO., LTD., to develop and manufacture multifunction printers (MFPs) and related products. ETRIA, now a Ricoh consolidated subsidiary and a Toshiba Tec affiliated company, will carry on the business without affecting the forecasted consolidated business results for the fiscal year ending March 2025.
