Rex International Holding Ltd has announced that, through its subsidiary and joint venture partners, it is providing a temporary guarantee of nearly US$196.60 million for Lime Petroleum Holding’s bond financing. This guarantee is tied to a bond issue and will be released upon the transfer of shares within the joint venture entities. The involved parties are significant shareholders, making these transactions subject to Singapore’s Mainboard Rules due to their interests.
