ReVolve Acquires New Solar Project in Alberta

ReVolve Renewable Power Corp (TSE:REVV) has released an update.

ReVolve Renewable Power Corp has announced the acquisition of a 30MWp solar development project in Alberta, Canada, with the transaction completed by November 15, 2024. The deal, involving an initial payment of C$100,000 and additional costs tied to project milestones, is backed by Revolve’s existing cash resources. Once operational, the project’s first phase is forecasted to generate annual revenue between C$3.0m and C$5.0m, with a targeted build date in early 2026.
