Reviv3 Procare Company has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Brown, Peter Dunne, and Manu Ohri to its Board of Directors in anticipation of its expected listing on the NYSE American Stock Exchange. Brown’s term will conclude at the 2024 annual stockholders meeting, while Dunne’s and Ohri’s terms will end at the 2025 meeting. Dunne and Ohri will also join the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees and will receive a Restricted Stock Award of 5,000 shares each as part of the company’s non-employee director compensation plan.
