Reunion Gold Corporation has received final court approval for a strategic merger with G Mining Ventures Corp, creating a new entity, New GMIN, to manage their combined assets. Shareholders of both companies will receive shares in New GMIN and, for Reunion Gold shareholders, additional shares in a new gold exploration company, Greenheart Gold Inc. This pivotal arrangement is set to finalize on July 15, 2024, marking a significant step for the involved stakeholders.
