Resouro Gold Inc. (TSE:RSM) has released an update.
Resouro Strategic Metals Inc. has successfully launched on the ASX after an oversubscribed public offering that raised AUD $8 million, with a post-offer market capitalization of AUD $46.1 million. The funds will primarily finance advanced exploration of the Tiros Rare Earth Elements and Titanium project in Brazil as well as the Novo Mundo Gold Project. This marks a significant step for Resouro, bolstered by a strong board and management team focused on enhancing shareholder value.
