Resources Connection Expands Board, Appoints New Director

Resources Connection (RGP) just unveiled an announcement.

Resources Connection, Inc. expanded its Board of Directors from ten to eleven members, appointing Roger Carlile as the new Class III director. Carlile, who will serve on the Board’s Compensation and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees, meets the Nasdaq’s independence criteria for board and compensation committee service. He will be compensated in line with the company’s policy for non-employee directors and has entered into a standard indemnification agreement with the company. His appointment is not based on any undisclosed material transactions or arrangements.
