REPRO-MED Systems Launches Employee Equity Incentive Program

REPRO-MED Systems (KRMD) has provided an update.

KORU Medical Systems has launched a Long-Term Incentive Program aimed at motivating key employees by offering equity-based awards annually. The program, approved by the company’s Compensation Committee, includes various types of awards such as restricted stock units and stock options, with vesting conditions based on time and performance criteria. Additionally, the program has provisions for accelerated vesting in case of a change in company control. Executive officers have already received specific awards under this program, with the potential for vesting based on the company’s performance and stock prices.
