Rentokil Initial has announced the appointment of Brian Baldwin as a Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 October 2024. Baldwin, with extensive experience in investment management and previous non-executive roles, is expected to contribute significantly to Rentokil’s strategic growth, particularly in the North American market following the integration of Terminix. His appointment is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to capitalize on structural growth opportunities in the pest control industry.
