Rentokil Initial has announced the appointment of Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson as their new Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2025, succeeding Stuart Ingall-Tombs, who is retiring after 17 years with the company. Edgecliffe-Johnson brings extensive experience from his previous roles at Flutter Entertainment and InterContinental Hotels Group, and is expected to lead Rentokil’s financial operations with a focus on growth and strategic initiatives. The transition is set to ensure continuity as Ingall-Tombs will assist in a smooth handover.
