Rent.com.au Limited has disclosed a change in Director John Wood’s interests, indicating an acquisition of 29,733 ordinary shares through on-market purchases between May 13 and May 17, 2024. The shares were acquired at $0.025 per share, increasing Wood’s indirect holdings to 23,200,215 fully paid ordinary shares, while his direct and other indirect holdings remained unchanged.
