Renew Holdings plc has strategically sold its subsidiary, Walter Lilly & Co. Limited, to Size Holdings Limited, aiming to focus on Specialist Engineering and exit the Specialist Building sector. This move is in line with the company’s plan to concentrate on markets with long-term, non-discretionary funding. The sale is expected to improve Renew’s operating margins and strengthen its presence in growth markets, following the Excalon acquisition earlier in the year.
