Renco Holdings Group Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Su Zhiyang from his positions as CFO, Company Secretary, Authorised Representative, and Process Agent effective 2 October 2024, with no disputes reported. Mr. Leung Yiu Cho has been appointed to take over these roles on the same date, bringing his extensive experience from various listed companies to the table. The company has expressed appreciation for Mr. Su’s contributions and welcomed Mr. Leung to his new roles.
