RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has reported the purchase of 87,265 of its own ordinary shares, which will be held as treasury shares, at prices ranging between 3560 pence and 3586 pence per share. This latest transaction increases the company’s treasury holdings to 40,556,659 shares, while the total number of shares in issue, excluding those in treasury, stands at 1,867,964,157. Since the start of the year, RELX PLC has acquired a total of 20,844,466 ordinary shares.
