RELX PLC Expands Treasury Shares Portfolio

RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.

RELX PLC has reported the acquisition of 74,782 of its own ordinary shares through JP Morgan Securities plc, which will be retained as treasury shares. This latest transaction increases their treasury holdings to 45,155,106 shares, with a total of 1,864,097,927 shares issued excluding those in treasury. Since the beginning of the year, the company has bought back a total of 25,442,913 shares.
