RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has purchased 73,857 ordinary shares, which will be held as treasury shares, increasing its treasury holdings to 44,413,315 shares. The transactions were executed by JP Morgan Securities plc on the London Stock Exchange, with prices ranging from 3630 to 3669 pence per share. This forms part of a larger buyback program, with RELX PLC having acquired 24,701,122 shares since the start of the year.
