RELX PLC Expands Treasury Shares Portfolio

RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.

RELX PLC has reported the purchase of 195,536 of its own ordinary shares through UBS AG London Branch, which will now be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction increases the total treasury-held shares to 37,976,696, while the total count of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) stands at 1,870,479,485. The company has bought back 18,264,503 shares since the beginning of the year.
