RELX PLC Expands Treasury Shares Holdings

RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.

RELX PLC has announced the purchase of 71,106 of its own ordinary shares via JP Morgan Securities plc, to be held as treasury shares, which now total 45,226,212 shares. The company now has 1,864,026,821 shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, after having acquired a total of 25,514,019 shares since the start of the year.
