RELX PLC Expands Treasury Share Holdings

RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.

RELX PLC has announced the purchase of 197,871 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 3512p to 3571p per share, to be held as treasury shares. This latest acquisition brings the total number of shares bought since the start of the year to 18,659,728. The company’s treasury now holds 38,371,921 ordinary shares, reducing the number of shares in issue (excluding those held in treasury).
