RELX PLC Executes Strategic Share Buyback

RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.

RELX PLC has reported the purchase of 74,400 of its own ordinary shares through JP Morgan Securities plc, which will be retained as treasury shares. The acquisition has contributed to the company’s treasury holding of 45,080,324 shares, with a total of 1,864,172,334 shares in issue, excluding those in treasury. This move is part of a larger share buyback program that has seen RELX PLC acquire 25,368,131 shares since the start of the year.
