RELX PLC Executes Share Buyback Strategy

RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.

RELX PLC has reported the purchase of 75,194 of its own ordinary shares, which will be held as treasury shares, through JP Morgan Securities plc. This acquisition on the London Stock Exchange was part of a share buyback program, where prices ranged from 3635 to 3681 pence per share. Following this transaction, RELX PLC’s treasury now contains 44,339,458 shares, with a total of 1,864,834,503 shares in issue excluding those held in treasury.
